AGLI is dedicated to sensitizing and empowering youths in schools and communities about environmental conservation and sustainable agriculture.
MISSION:
To sensitize, unite and empower youths in schools and communities about living lifestyles focused on minimizing environmental impact and promoting sustainability.
OBJECTIVES:
1.Promoting sustainability in schools and communities through prioritizing practices such as organic farming, agroforestry, permaculture, crop rotation and inter cropping to help promote food security and curb malnutrition.
2. Spreading environmental conservation ideas such as creation of botanical gardens, seed banks, waste management and sustainable agricultural practices to youths in schools and communities to help provide knowledge about soil health and biodiversity.
3. Establishing a platform for youths in different schools and communities to share ideas and knowledge of environmental conservation and sustainable agriculture.
4. Providing youths in schools and communities with skills and resources for environmental conservation and sustainable farming education.
5. Employing creative and innovative methods for sustainable farming
What is Aquas Green Life Initiative (AGLI)?
Aquas Green Life Initiative (AGLI) is an organization founded by student members of Extreme High School environmental conservation club to enable their environmental knowledge and ideas reach far greater audiences and create a bigger impact.
